- BEFORE WE SHIP YOUR ORDER
- Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days of receipt of payment. If we have a question about your order or need to verify your shipping address, we will try to contact you either by phone or email. Please add info@vinylworddecor.com as an email contact so you don't miss important emails from us. If we have a question, we will not complete and ship your order until we have successfully contacted you.
- FREE SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We are pleased to offer our US customers free shipping on orders over $60. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS First-Class mail for packages 13 oz. or less and USPS Priority mail for packages over 13 oz.
- USPS & UPS SHIPPING INFORMATION
- You have your choice of shipping via USPS or UPS with several options from each shipper. Orders from international areas will be offered all available international options from USPS and UPS.
VinylWordDecor.com follows the guidelines and rules set up by the individual shipper. Please check USPS.com and UPS.com for more details.
Although USPS states First-class ships in 3-5 days and Priority ships in 2-3 days, they do not guarantee this timeframe. If you have a deadline and must receive your package by a certain day, please use USPS Express mail or UPS. VinylWordDecor.com is not responsible for packages that arrive later than the guidelines published by USPS. If you feel your package has been lost in the mail, please contact us and we will help you locate your package. If your package has been deemed lost by the shipper, VinylWordDecor.com will complete your order again at no charge to you and reship via the same carrier and shipping option. - RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive from VinylWordDecor.com, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or exchange. We do not guarantee colors to be true as shown on you computer screen (as monitors vary). We happily offer and greatly encourage you to order Color Samples if you have any doubt. Refunds will be given for standard quotes that retail for under $50.00. Custom orders can be exchanged, but not refunded if over $50.00. Each order is custom made to order and we do not stock merchandise in house. If product is damaged during shipment or application, we will gladly re-make and ship product. We stand behind our products. Any Refunds given will be less the shipping charges.
